As a cosigner, I authorize my credit to be checked for the purpose of securing a rental for the tenant(s) listed above. It is understood that the cosigner will not reside at the rented unit. If tenant(s) fails to meet any rental obligations the cosigner will be held liable for any rental amount owed throughout the term of the lease or any damage caused by tenant(s).
I warrant that the information supplied is true and correct and that I am at least 18 years of age. I have been informed that the owner/owner's agent is a member of the Strategic Information Resources, Inc. and that the owner/owner's agent may request a consumer credit report to evaluate my qualifications as a potential tenant. Owner/owner's agent is allowed to contract with Strategic Information Resources, Inc. to report any rent delinquency or eviction proceedings as well as check my credit from time to time. Owner/owner's agent warrants that any verifications are for the purposes of entering into a rental agreement or to guarantee a lease as a cosigner and further warrants that any information derived from credit reports or other sources will be kept confidential. Security deposit and first months rent are to be paid by cash or cashier's check False or intentional omission of requested information will result in automatic denial. Applications must be fully completed with names, phone numbers and addresses as requested above. Applicant's who submit incomplete information will not be given consideration.
